A leading Consumer organisation who are experiencing incredible growth, are currently recruiting for a Senior FP&A Manager on a 12 month fixed term basis, which has the genuine prospect of going permanent.

 You will be join a growing finance function during an exciting period of growth and transformation.  You will be responsible for all financial reporting, budget and forecasting models.  You will also take on a leadership role, supporting a passionate and driven team

 The duties of the successful Senior FP&A Manager:

  • Lead and develop a team of 3
  • Establishing strong relationships with Business Partners to obtain insight on results to ensure fully understood and presented in a meaningful way
  • Continually improve and provide weekly reporting of sales and KPI data, collating clear insight to present to CFO and FD in a clear and concise manner with value-adding commentary
  • Lead and own the monthly Board pack ensuring the integrity of data and providing insightful analysis and commentary so support business decisions
  • Presenting the monthly Board pack to the CFO and CEO for their sign off
  • Responsible for the periodic reporting including reporting to key stakeholders
  • Responsible for the consolidation of the monthly operational management accounts and commentary
  • Provide quality data to Commercial Finance to enable Business Partnering
  • Ensuring the business segments results fully understood and cost allocations appropriately reflected
  • Leading the budget and forecasting process including coordinating with key stakeholders to deliver quality information on time
  • Driving the budget and forecasting reporting ensuring key drivers and variances are understood and articulated in a succinct and visual way
  • Overseeing the analysis of external data for benchmarking and competitor analysis
  • Develop reports and analysis to give insight into the operational cost base by key drivers

  • Qualified accountant
  • Strong academics
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Highly numerate and analytical with a keen eye for detail that is deadline focused and goal-oriented
  • Enthusiastic to learn
  • Experience of reporting, analysis and commentary
  • Experience of budgeting and forecast

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + bonus
