Phipps Cameron are partnered with a unique media brand who are looking to grow their Strategy team to bring fresh ideas with a consumer focused strategic approach to driving the business forward.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor multiple junior strategy team members, helping to guide their careers
  • Manage significant projects and teams to: identify the key questions, develop a methodology to answer them, and deliver clear and well thought through recommendations
  • Present findings to and influence the leadership team on a broad range of strategic questions
  • Be a subject matter expert in one or more strategic areas, providing guidance to the leadership team
  • Work collaboratively on strategic projects with other teams across the business
  • Work flexibly across a wide range of projects spanning the Group businesses
  • Support M&A activity

What we are looking for:

  • A proven track record in strategy consulting and ideally industry experience within consumer industries – circa 8 years’ experience is ideal
  • Ability to solve complex problems analysing consumer needs and translating this into actionable and effective strategies
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent analytical skills such as modelling, financial analysis and business case development
  • Strong collaboration skills, being able to support, listen and influence at all levels
