Our client is a multi-national business looking for an extremely high calibre Strategy and Transformation Manager in their London Head Office.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Deliver high profile transformational initiatives that are highly effective & cross-functional, both in group and with OpCos
  • Critically evaluate existing internal systems and business processes to drive operational efficiencies/cost reduction, both in group and with OpCos
  • Direct and co-ordinate among cross-functional resources to deliver strategic programmes
  • Actively Support wider Transformation & Digital function in developing and executing new strategic initiatives
  • Develop recurring “external radar” thought pieces on B2B transformation & digital trends, including a view on the competitor landscape in these areas to identify business models where can evolve from a connectivity provider to a platform/orchestrator of connected end-to-end services

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Circa 3-5 years top tier/tier 1 Strategy Consulting Experience
  • Significant experience in strategy development and project management across a variety of business areas and complex situations
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to scope, structure, and solve diverse strategic problems with high levels of ambiguity
  • Excellent at quantitative and financial analysis/modelling, leveraging facts/insights to generate and validate strategic hypotheses
  • Strong influencing, people management and emotional intelligence skills, with proven ability to influence at all levels and disciplines

Salary, Benefits & Duration:

Salary: Around £60,000-£65000
